According to police, the suspects operated several car lots around Jacksonville and the year-and-a-half long con job cheated area car owners out of thousands of dollars. Authorities said the suspects would take cars on consignment, but then fail to completely follow through with the deals.

They literally try to FORCE YOU into ownership of the car. It's called spot delivery, very popular in NJ. The reason for the video is to show that the car was actually returned.
